Job Summary
Lead and coordinate the warehouse team's daily workflow, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and loading incoming shipments such as cabinets, vanities, windows, and boxed doors. Process receiving and order fulfillment efficiently within the ERP/WMS to ensure inventory accuracy both physically and in the system. Provide friendly, timely, and accurate customer service while leading cycle counts, inventory control, and training new workers on safety procedures and equipment use. Serve as the point person for daily operations in the absence of the Store Operations Manager and help enforce safety protocols across the team. Requires forklift certification, ability to lift 70 pounds, and 3+ years of warehouse experience.
