Job Summary
Warehouse Lead based in Indianapolis, IN. Starts at $25/hour. Responsibilities include leading daily Warehouse Order Processing, coordinating inventory and movement of orders, expediting rush and specialty orders, ensuring adequate stock, leading training for new staff, assisting in inventory control and line processing, and acting as department lead in the supervisor’s absence. Required Qualifications
- Must have adequate computer skills
- Must be self-motivated
- Physical strength and dexterity
- Basic working knowledge of Customer Service and Manufacturing Department procedures
- Ability to work closely with Manufacturing and Customer Service
- Understand shipping guidelines and restrictions
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with Oracle, Excel, Word
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Ability to select material by quality standards
- Must be able to recognize colors and different cloth styles
