Job Summary
Coordinate daily warehouse order processing, accessories, and hood activities to maintain uninterrupted order flow and expedites rush and specialty orders. Manage inventory control for finished goods, coordinate returned apparel placement, and direct movement of processed orders to the shipping system. Lead new employee training, including seasonal staff, and schedule production requirements while holding daily team meetings to communicate goals. Assume department responsibility during supervisor absence and review job descriptions and SOPs for process improvements. Work all mandatory overtime and 10+ hour shifts involving standing, walking, and lifting up to 30lbs. Travel to Champaign and offsites as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must have adequate computer skills.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Needs to have basic working knowledge of Customer Service and Manufacturing Department procedures.
- Ability to work closely with Manufacturing in requesting products to be made and shipped in a timely manner
- Ability to work closely with Customer Service in communication of products and orders that may not meet dates due to outsourcing restrictions
- Ability to understand shipping guidelines and restrictions
- Proficiency with Oracle, Excel, Word.
- Must be able to work all mandatory overtime.
- Be able to regularly lift/move up to 30lbs.
- Travel to Champaign, offsites, and other plants as needed.
