Job Summary
Coordinate daily warehouse order processing, accessories, and hoods activities to maintain uninterrupted order flow and expedites rush deliveries. Manage inventory control for finished goods, coordinate returned apparel, and direct movement of processed orders to the shipping system. Lead new employee training, schedule staff production, and hold daily team meetings to communicate goals. Assume full department responsibility in the supervisor's absence while adhering to safety rules and SOPs. Requires proficiency with Oracle and Excel, ability to work 10+ hour shifts including mandatory overtime, and travel to offsites as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must have adequate computer skills.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Needs to have basic working knowledge of Customer Service and Manufacturing Department procedures.
- Ability to work closely with Manufacturing in requesting products to be made and shipped in a timely manner
- Ability to work closely with Customer Service in communication of products and orders that may not meet dates due to outsourcing restrictions
- Ability to understand shipping guidelines and restrictions
- Proficiency with Oracle, Excel, Word.
- Must be able to work all mandatory overtime.
- Be able to regularly lift/move up to 30lbs.
- Travel to Champaign, offsites, and other plants as needed.
