Job Summary
Ensure daily work activities for the shift team are done efficiently to meet customer demands by directly training employees, monitoring productivity, and coordinating operations. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks while utilizing the Warehouse Management System. Train staff on safety, processes, and workflow, and communicate with co-workers to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Provide feedback through side-by-side coaching and on-the-job training, adhering to all FST Standard Operating Procedures and Policies. Perform additional warehouse functions as needed due to business needs and comply with all defined business processes and technology platforms.
Required Qualifications

- Take ownership of your Duty to Communicate all required and relevant information to necessary people, departments, and customers
- High School or equivalent education
- 1+ year of experience in leadership or related experience
- 2+ years' experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills in dealing with customers and employees
- Ability to use good judgment and think quickly and rationally in difficult or stressful situations
- Clear verbal communication skills and ability to give and follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions
- Able to stand, walk, bend, push, reach and do repetitive motion for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a variety of temperatures (warm and cold)
- Regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs
