Warehouse Lead

Job Summary
Lead warehouse operations by pulling and organizing customer orders for delivery from warehouse by part number and quantity; load/unload materials onto/from pallets; load materials into vehicles and secure with bracing; maintain and stock inventory; package and ship orders via UPS, US Mail, local truck deliveries, and other carriers; weigh materials and record data; complete forklift operator training annually; ensure safety and cleanliness of work areas; inspect stock for wear or damage and report findings; train new employees on equipment and facility use; participate in special projects as directed by the warehouse manager; support branch and driver delivery workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Education High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
- Forklift operator certification
- Minimum of 3 years of general warehouse experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a forklift
