Warehouse Lead - Finished Goods

Job Summary
Oversee inbound goods, storage planning, and outbound logistics for Finished Goods at the Cornwala Plant, applying FIFO/FEFO principles while ensuring safety, security, and compliance with food-grade Quality Management Systems. Lead the team to achieve Perfect Order benchmarks, manage audits and emergencies, and drive delivery excellence. Generate reports for records, optimize layouts and equipment maintenance, and monitor hazards and safety risks. Manage performance, staff scheduling, and collaboration with third‐party contractors; establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement across warehouse operations. Require Master’s degree in SCM (or equivalent), 8–10 years in supply chain/logistics, SAP and MS Office proficiency, strong leadership, and excellent communication in English.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- 8-10 years’ experience in Supply Chain and Logistics management
- English fluency (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of SAP
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data
