Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations by receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, storing products efficiently, and accurately picking and packing customer orders. Lead and coach a team of associates while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and operating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks. Coordinate order fulfillment processes with logistics and customer service teams to meet delivery schedules and continuously assess workflows for efficiency improvements. Maintain a safe work environment by reporting hazards and performing routine equipment maintenance. Requires forklift certification, ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and a safety-first mindset. Full-time M-F role with comprehensive health benefits and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in workflow with relevant programs and processes
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 60 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and the ability to operate such equipment
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Physical stamina and endurance
- Safety awareness and prioritization of safety
