Job Summary
Coordinate and direct all department workflow while acting as the main point of contact for your team. Ensure all staff have completed required safety and service trainings, monitor equipment usage, and assign tasks to the group. Track attendance and time off requests, coach new and current employees on policies and processes, and complete various departmental projects as assigned. Maintain relationships with internal and external customers and serve as back-up to the department manager when unavailable. Requires full weekend availability and night shift work from 1:00-10:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Positive, upbeat attitude
- 3 years warehouse experience
- 3 years customer contact experience
- Ability to lift, push, pull required weights per established requirements for the department
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
- Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
- REQUIRING FULL WEEKEND AVAILABILITY
Desired Qualifications
- Lead experience preferred
- Ability to operate scanning equipment preferred
