Warehouse Lead

Warehouse Lead oversees inbound/outbound shipments, assists the Warehouse Manager, and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure receiving and delivery of products. Responsibilities include on-the-floor leadership with 2-4 direct reports in Savannah, ensuring customer SOPs and workflows are followed, focusing on picking and shipping to meet volumes, training new associates in safety procedures and SOPs, coordinating staffing needs, enforcing policies, maintaining safety, organizing storage via the WMS, ensuring correct put-away locations and timely receiving, and supporting order processing with issue resolution. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, experience in ecommerce/fulfillment and 3PL warehousing, and forklift certification; proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel; familiarity with safety regulations and teamwork for a positive work environment.
