Job Summary
Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time. Review workload and assign tasks to employees while properly training and coaching the warehouse team. Correctly utilize warehouse management systems and maintain appropriate work documents, then track orders and investigate problems. Safely operate various equipment and tools, catalog and track goods, and enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance. Adhere to the 7S program by maintaining a clean environment and work in a safe manner that protects you and your team members. This onsite role in Stillwater, OK requires 2 years of warehouse experience, SAP knowledge, and WMS proficiency. Candidates must lift up to 50 lbs frequently and work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling including overtime. GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
- 1 year of SAP experience
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners
- 1 year of experience as a supervisor
- Skills in inventory control and cycle counting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and greater than 75 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to take a reach truck or cherry picker to a height of 23+ feet
- Ability to carry objects 3-5 feet weighing up to 50 lbs, routinely
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time >4 hours
- Ability to walk continuously for more than 10,000 steps (4-5) miles per day
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull objects of various shapes and sizes in team lift
- Ability to tolerate hot and cold work environments

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
