Job Summary
Direct team members on warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and loading client orders while maintaining safety and security compliance. Operate forklifts and other equipment to load and unload materials, manage inventory counts, and ensure accurate paperwork completion via warehouse management systems. Train employees on item preservation and enforce housekeeping duties to uphold a safe work environment. Requires on-site presence at the assigned location with forklift certification obtained within 30 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of related experience
- Forklift certification
- Ability to lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand
- Ability to use vision, adjust focus and work on a standard computer screen
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Ability to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch and frequently required to climb or balance
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions and decimals
- Ability to read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities
- Consistently at work and on time
