Warehouse Lead

Warehouse Lead is responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of warehouse team members, ensuring accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping of client orders, supervising inventory counts and adjustments, maintaining safety and regulatory compliance, operating forklift/high-reach equipment, and training employees on care and preservation of items. The role requires strong leadership to balance team and individual responsibilities, knowledge of RF/WMS processes, ability to perform inventory adjustments, and adherence to Crane SOPs. On-site presence at the Las Vegas location is required.
