Warehouse Lead

Review incoming material, organize employee daily work patterns, and coordinate route schedules to ensure efficient receiving, shipping, and distribution. Communicate daily expectations, conduct consistent inventory checks, and assist with audits to maintain accurate stock levels. Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety, security, and environmental codes. Lead the team in executing safety programs, train employees on forklift operations, and champion safe work practices. Make recommendations to the supervisor for process improvements and ensure all location work expectations are met.
