Job Summary
Manage warehouse operations as a key subject matter expert, ensuring accurate and timely delivery while adapting to changing client needs. Perform technical reviews of sample records, drive First Time Right initiatives, and initiate continuous improvement projects for maximum efficiency. Serve as an informal leader and positive role model, providing training and mentorship to new and junior employees. Support client and regulatory audits as needed and assist with problem-solving and prioritization to meet unique client demands. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, onsite at Catalent's Malvern, Pennsylvania site.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related discipline such as supply chain
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
- 5+ years of related experience
- Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
- Ability to climb steps or ladders
- Ability to work from elevated platforms
- Ability to wear a respirator
- Pass the required respiratory medical exam
- Ability to work in loud environments
- Ability to wear various types of hearing protection
- 100% Onsite
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Location: Malvern, PA

- Fork Truck certification
- International Air Transport Association (IATA) certification
- Department of Transportation (DOT) certification
- White Belt certification
- Previous supervisory experience
