Job Summary
Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team, fulfilling sales orders and monitoring part intake and disposition. Provide hands-on guidance to Warehouse Assistants on receiving, shipping, and inventory functions while ensuring safety and efficiency. Assign and prioritize daily tasks to meet shipping deadlines, verify order accuracy, and lead cycle counts for accurate inventory. Safely operate warehouse equipment like forklifts and electric pallet jacks, and coach team members on safe working techniques. Maintain cleanliness, organize the workspace, and document fulfillment processes. Identify efficiency improvements and escalate issues as needed. Operate Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree / GED
- 2+ years of professional work experience, inventory and warehouse experience
- Demonstrated ability to work within an inventory system
- Operate within the corporate policy guidelines and business practices
- Results oriented and demonstrated strong sense of urgency
- Excellent communication skills, written/verbal with internal and external contacts
- Proven ability to be organized, detailed, multi-tasker, critical thinker, accurate, thorough and a problem-solver
- Ability to adapt to change in the workplace or assignment of duties
- Forklift experience
- Willingness and ability to complete forklift training and certification
- Ability to safely operate an electric pallet jack

- Prior experience providing work direction or informal leadership to others
