Warehouse - Lead - C shift ( 7 PM to 7 AM)

Job Summary
Oversee daily outbound shipping operations by coordinating loads, verifying documentation, and managing trailer loading for customer deliveries. Utilize SAP systems and RF scanners to process transactions, resolve inventory variances, and maintain accurate records. Operate counterbalance and reach forklifts to move materials between departments while conducting daily equipment inspections. Provide direct leadership to team members by assigning tasks, coaching on safety procedures, and addressing performance concerns. Ensure full compliance with WHMIS regulations and lean manufacturing initiatives. Work the C shift (7 PM to 7 AM) in a warehouse environment supporting continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
- experience in outbound shipping operations
- Valid forklift license
- experience operating counterbalance and reach trucks
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- ability to communicate effectively with team members, drivers, and internal departments
- Strong knowledge of outbound shipping processes
- knowledge of warehouse operations
