Job Summary
Lead warehouse operations at The Cary Company in Brownsburg, IN, overseeing receiving, storage, and distribution; supervise order fulfillment, unload trucks with forklift or by hand, assemble and prepare orders for shipment, and read/interpret orders and shipping instructions. Ensure a safe, organized work environment, manage inventory accuracy, and prepare shipping/receiving documents. Interact professionally with customers during deliveries and pickups. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ years in a fast-paced warehouse, forklift experience, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and familiarity with safety regulations; knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Outlook preferred.
Required Qualifications
