Job Summary
Coordinate warehouse team activities, fulfill sales orders, and manage parts intake and disposition. Provide hands-on guidance to Warehouse Assistants on receiving, shipping, and inventory functions while ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency. Assign daily tasks, verify order accuracy, and lead cycle counts to maintain precise inventory levels. Safely operate warehouse equipment like forklifts and electric pallet jacks, while coaching staff on safe practices and Lean process improvements. Maintain cleanliness and organize the workspace. Operate Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree / GED
- 2+ years of professional work experience, inventory and warehouse experience
- Demonstrated ability to work within an inventory system or willingness to learn
- Operate within the corporate policy guidelines and business practices
- Results oriented and demonstrated strong sense of urgency
- Excellent communication skills, written/verbal with internal and external contacts
- Proven ability to be organized, detailed, multi-tasker, critical thinker, accurate, thorough and a problem-solver
- Ability to adapt to change in the workplace or assignment of duties
- Forklift experience
- Willingness and ability to complete forklift training and certification
- Ability to safely operate an electric pallet jack
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience providing work direction or informal leadership to others
