Job Summary
Receiving Warehouse Lead responsible for accurate intake of raw materials and finished goods, ERP-entry of shipments, quality inspection, lot/labeling/documentation, and guiding receiving workflows to ensure safe, efficient material flow from warehouse to mixing/production. Primary duties include coordinating receiving activities, serving as point of contact for drivers and temporary workers, training new team members on procedures and ERP transactions, aligning tasks with production schedules, maintaining dock organization, ensuring GMP and safety compliance, and providing feedback on process improvements. Key skills include attention to detail, leadership in a fast-paced environment, proficiency with ERP systems, inventory control, and strong communication.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in receiving or warehouse operations
- Forklift certification or willingness to train
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with supply chain, material handling, and ERP systems preferred
