Job Summary
Lead daily warehouse operations, train and mentor associates, manage shipping/receiving, inventory, quality, and safety processes; oversee adherence to SOPs, coordinate staffing and productivity, and provide operational reporting. Operate and maintain active forklift certifications across sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, cherry picker, scissor lift, and Aisle Master equipment; ensure accurate loading, unloading, picking, staging, packaging, labeling, and shrink wrapping; enforce safety and quality standards and communicate with customers and management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
- Ability to operate material handling equipment (MHE)
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Active forklift certification (maintained)
- Ability to train and mentor associates
