Job Summary
Warehouse Lead responsible for expediting material flow, maintaining inventory accuracy, and serving as the department lead on first shift. Responsibilities include inventory control, receiving/inspection of materials, establishing cycle counts and annual physical inventory plans, staging materials for a three-shift operation, training staff, and coordinating with other departments to align with production schedules. Requires bilingual English/Spanish, forklift operation, ability to lift 50 lbs, and compliance with ITAR/EAR. ITAR/U.S. person documentation will be requested.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- PC Knowledge (word processing)
- Company ERP system – as required.
- Minimum 4 years experience in manufacturing
- Current Forklift operator license with valid California Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
Additional Requirements
- ITAR/EAR compliance for U.S. person status
