Job Summary
Lead the warehouse team during the 2nd shift by answering employee questions, troubleshooting problems, and promoting efficient operations. Maintain a clean, professional, and safe working environment while directing and coordinating activities for loading, unloading trucks, and proper product handling. Assist operators with customer satisfaction needs, ensure warehouse security, and train new and current staff. Possess 1-3 years of warehouse/inventory experience with people management skills and forklift certification. Available for irregular hours, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years warehouse/inventory experience
- Experience managing people/budgets
- Must be able to lift and/or pull 50 lbs. without restriction
- Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours including weekends and potentially holidays as needed
- Forklift certification
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years supervising warehouse/inventory staff
- Computer and database application skills
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Ability to operate a lift truck
