Warehouse Lead 2nd shift

Lead and support warehouse associates to ensure productivity, safety, and operational efficiency. Enforce safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies while overseeing receiving, stocking, picking, loading, and unloading of products. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, manlifts, and electric pallet jacks, and maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts. Monitor employee attendance, timekeeping, and performance, providing coaching as needed. Report equipment issues and coordinate repairs with maintenance. Complete required reports, communications, and administrative responsibilities. Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager. Work stable 5-day shifts from 12:00pm to 9:00pm for $21.00-$22.00 per hour.
