Job Summary
Plan, assign, and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area to ensure company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met. Report defective or damaged products and follow up with appropriate corrective action in a timely manner. Manage responsibilities including loading and unloading, forklift operation, and product relocation. Handle and document daily inspections for equipment and inbound/outbound trailers, checking shipments for compliance and reporting quantity or quality issues. Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service Coach to provide feedback to associates. This role requires 3 years of warehouse experience, ability to work extreme temperatures, and lifting 40 lbs. Pay range is $21.15 - $36.25.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or logistics environment
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
- Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
