Job Summary
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for monitoring workflow, guiding others in the department, and ensuring daily workloads are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires performing individual contributor tasks that require judgment, analysis, and knowledge of warehouse procedures. The lead may assist in training employees and must maintain professionalism while operating lift equipment safely. Candidates must have a high school diploma, at least 5 years of relevant experience, basic computer skills, and strong communication abilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of directly related experience or equivalent work experience
- Basic computer skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain neat and accurate records
- Skilled in basic arithmetic
