Job Summary
Supervise daily warehouse operations by assigning tasks to associates, forklift operators, and support staff to maintain workflow efficiency. Provide hands-on coaching and training to ensure compliance with best practices while conducting audits and monitoring procedures. Optimize labor and resource allocation through scheduling and planning, and resolve conflicts to foster a positive, policy-adherent work environment. Step in as needed to lead shifts and ensure smooth day-to-day functionality. This 1st shift role (Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm) offers a competitive hourly rate of $24.96.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of related work experience
- Extensive knowledge of CJ Logistics warehouse procedures, policies, and best practices
- Ability to coach, delegate, and motivate a team
- Hands-on problem solver with a process improvement mindset
- Valid driver's license
