Job Summary
Supervise daily warehouse operations by leading and supporting team members while monitoring inventory and maintaining accurate records. Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly, and assist with shipping, receiving, and product organization. Train new employees as needed, assist with scheduling and daily workflow, and help solve day-to-day warehouse issues to keep the environment clean and safe. This role supports the warehouse manager in a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM in Garden City, GA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of warehouse experience, including leading or supervising a team
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Basic computer and inventory management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift experience or certification
- Bilingual
