Warehouse Labourer

Job Summary
Conduct shipping and receiving duties by verifying incoming and outgoing products and associated documentation. Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts and pallet jacks, while picking, packing, and staging customer orders accurately. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock organization, and keep the warehouse clean and safe by following all established procedures. Coordinate with customer service, sales, and supply chain teams to prioritize orders and resolve shipment questions. Provide responsive customer service support including greeting visitors, processing sales orders and returns, and communicating order status updates. Perform general warehouse activities requiring physical stamina and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, order-picking, or material-handling experience
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of warehouse work and use material-handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when receiving, picking, packing, staging, and documenting orders
- Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices, warehouse organization, and housekeeping
- Effective customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally across warehouse and customer service responsibilities
- Comfortable learning and using computer software, including Microsoft Office and internal business systems
- A safety-first mindset and consistent attention to established procedures
- Accuracy and attention to detail when receiving, picking, packing, staging, and documenting orders
- Responsive, professional customer service and clear communication
- Teamwork and flexibility when coordinating across warehouses, customer service, sales, and supply chain responsibilities

- A successful candidate must be able to pass pre-employment and, where required, pre-access drug, cannabis and alcohol tests
Desired Qualifications
- Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment
