Job Summary
Conduct daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, staging, and shipping products while maintaining organized storage areas. Update order statuses and inventory information using Microsoft Excel and internal tracking systems. Review orders to identify discrepancies, damaged products, or missing items, and assist with inventory counts, audits, and stock organization. Prepare products for shipment through pallet wrapping, shrink wrapping, and labeling, then verify documentation for accuracy. Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of materials throughout the facility. Communicate inventory, order, and shipment issues to supervisors and follow all safety procedures. This role supports a growing manufacturing and distribution team in Vernon, CA, combining hands-on fulfillment with administrative recordkeeping.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, or fulfillment experience
- Previous experience performing data entry in Microsoft Excel or inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Experience tracking inventory, orders, shipments, or warehouse documentation
- Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Bilingual English/Spanish

- Experience with RF scanners, inventory systems, or warehouse management systems
