Warehouse Laborer

Manually load and unload freight in a temperature-controlled warehouse; pick orders, stack and store the merchandise, and ensure accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of food and non-food products. Responsibilities include labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires ability to work independently, with varied schedules including weekends and early morning shifts, and to pay close attention to details. Physical requirements include lifting up to 55 lbs (up to 70 lbs for some tasks), standing for long periods, and navigating spaces with restricted headroom; prior completion of a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
