Job Summary
Warehouse Janitor/Sanitation Specialist responsible for maintaining cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness of a large warehouse. Operates heavy-duty cleaning machinery including ride-on or walk-behind powered sweepers and automatic floor scrubbers to keep aisles and concrete floors clean, reports mechanical issues, and performs basic daily Maintenance on equipment. Performs debris and waste management, restrooms and break areas sanitation, spill response per OSHA standards, and ensures walkways and emergency exits remain unobstructed. Adheres to PPE requirements and OSHA regulations; capacity to lift up to 50 lbs and work a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM shift in Arizona. Preferred experience in logistics/manufacturing environments and forklift or heavy equipment certification.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating industrial cleaning equipment (powered floor sweepers and automatic scrubbers)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Familiarity with safety protocols and PPE usage
