Warehouse IT Support Specialist

Job Summary
Provide onsite IT support for warehouse operations, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for end users. Configure, deploy, and maintain RF scanners, handheld devices, mobile terminals, and industrial PCs, including Zebra printers and label printers. Support Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), manage incidents via ticketing systems, and perform hardware installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance. Assist with warehouse automation systems, including basic PLC diagnostics. Manage IT assets, ensure security compliance, and provide support during system outages. This 100% on-site role in Plainfield, IN requires flexibility for overtime, off-hours, and second-shift coverage in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT Support experience
- Experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Experience with RF scanners, handheld devices, barcode scanners, and mobile computers
- Experience supporting Zebra or similar label printers
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking
- Experience with Active Directory and hardware troubleshooting
- Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- 100% On-site in Plainfield, IN
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to support overtime, off-hours, and occasional second-shift coverage as needed
Desired Qualifications

- Familiarity with SOTI or other Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms
