Job Summary
Oversee and optimize warehouse inventory operations, including receiving, storing, counting, and dispatching goods. Lead and train warehouse staff, implement inventory control procedures, reconcile discrepancies, collaborate with procurement and logistics to forecast needs and coordinate shipments, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting while ensuring safety and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse management or inventory control
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with inventory management software and MS Office Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Forklift certified
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus
