Job Summary
The Soccer Factory is looking for a Warehouse & Inventory Specialist to manage warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate with the sales team. Candidates should have experience in retail or apparel, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role, preferably in retail, apparel, or sporting goods
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the sales team and other departments
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in custom sports apparel, uniform production, or e-commerce fulfillment
- Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management principles specific to athletic products
