Warehouse & Inventory Specialist

Job Summary
Manage incoming and outgoing inventory, placing stock from the warehouse to WIP staging areas and restocking items returning from field jobs. Secure and maintain parts electronically and physically while performing daily cycle counts and entering parts into job costing. Inspect returned rental equipment, check in/out tools from the cage, and package materials for shipment. Deliver and pickup parts, materials, and equipment from vendors to job sites as needed. Support the service department with professional communication, daily follow-ups on inquiries, and basic math skills for data entry. Work overtime and weekends as needed in normal office, warehouse, and manufacturing plant conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Drivers' License
- Computer competency including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Must be able to lift and move 50lbs without help
- Must be reliable and responsible
- Must have own reliable transportation
- Must have the ability to work independently with little direct supervision
- Willingness /ability to work overtime and weekends and emergency hours, as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Two years' experience in a similar industrial/technical position
- Great Plains background
- Record-keeping (computerized) experience
- Work requires computer proficiency, moderate typing speed and a high data input accuracy level
