Job Summary
Senior on-site Warehouse & Inventory Specialist at Circuit Check oversees receiving, put-away, picking, kitting, shipping, cycle counting, and ERP-driven material transactions in a high-tech manufacturing setting, acts as IFS Cloud super-user to ensure inventory accuracy and traceability, supports production and engineering by ensuring timely material availability, leads process improvements in warehouse layout and ERP data integrity, and trains and collaborates with cross-functional teams while maintaining compliance with ISO9001 and related standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse, receiving, or inventory-control experience in high-tech, electronics, aerospace, or similar precision-driven environments
- Experience with IFS Cloud ERP strongly preferred; advanced ERP proficiency required
- Prior experience in ISO9001 or similar regulated environments
