Job Summary
Lead an inventory team to maintain accurate stock levels, perform physical cycle counts, and manage defective product recovery programs. Drive process improvements by creating Standard Operating Procedures, implementing loss prevention strategies, and utilizing analytics to enhance planning. Monitor discrepancies through adjustments, oversee annual cost planning, and ensure accountability via KPI tracking and issue resolution. Train staff, evaluate performance, and support DEI initiatives while fostering a 5S-oriented workplace culture. Report regularly to leadership and HR to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience in a distribution environment
- 5+ years in an inventory role
- 3+ years in a leadership position
- 3+ years of WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience
- Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) is a plus
