Job Summary
Warehouse Inventory Control role focusing on coordinating inventory inflow/outflow and storage, performing physical inventory counts and lot verification, ensuring FIFO compliance, maintaining accurate records and generating inventory reports. Collaborates with shipping/receiving, production, procurement, and warehouse teams; capable of training on all warehouse equipment; adherence to health, safety, environmental, food safety, GMP, and company policies. Requires 4–5 years warehouse experience, forklift operation, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfort working in cold and hot environments (approximately 38F-80F) for 8–12 hour shifts. Strong organizational, time-management, prioritization, and leadership skills; must read/write/speak English for safety instructions and work communications.
Required Qualifications
- High school, GED, or equivalent diploma required
- Experience with ERP database software required
- Forklift experience required
- Four to five years working in a warehouse setting with direct experience in inventory
