Job Summary
Conduct cycle counts, inventory audits, and physical inventories while auditing inbound and outbound shipments. Resolve inventory discrepancies and provide floor support to supervisors regarding inventory issues. Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices with an emphasis on safety to ensure inventory accuracy for client demands. Perform other duties as assigned. This role is part of a team handling food products using state-of-the-art equipment like stand-up forklifts and WMS.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience
- One (1) year or more experience operating forklift equipment
- One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) experience
- Ability to recognize and read location, date and product codes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
- Detail oriented with excellent follow up practices
- Depending on location may be required to be equipment certified
Desired Qualifications
