Job Summary
Conduct cycle counts, inventory audits, and audits of inbound and outbound shipments to ensure inventory accuracy and meet client demands. Participate in physical inventories and provide floor support to Operation Supervisors regarding inventory issues. Resolve inventory discrepancies and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices with an emphasis on safety. Perform other duties as assigned. First shift Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. High school diploma and one year of warehouse experience required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience
- Ability to Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
- Ability to Manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments
- Ability to Recognize and read location, date and product codes
- Ability to Work independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to have Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be Flexible to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to have Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, division and multiplication) (beginner level)
- Ability to be equipment certified (Depending on location may be required to be equipment certified)
- Ability to be Safety Sensitive Position, Non-Regulated Tech - Depending on location, may be required to operate and be equipment certified
