Job Summary
Manage multiple warehouse productivity and automation projects; develop and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource plans; provide standard operating procedures and guidance to onsite warehouse teams regarding new processes; collaborate with internal and external teams (operations, IT, engineering, and third-party vendors) to drive project success; analyze project performance data to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; assess current warehouse layouts, workflows, and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement; communicate project updates, key findings, and recommendations to leadership clearly. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in logistics/warehouse/3PL operations; proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS/TMS; strong analytical, organizational, and cross-team collaboration skills; willingness to work additional hours as needed; travel up to 50% in the US.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience in service Logistics, warehouse & 3PL operations within the logistics industry preferred
