Operate screen printing presses to apply designs onto various substrates, manage ink viscosity and color mixing, and maintain equipment for consistent print quality. Monitor production output, log inventory levels for screens and inks, and coordinate with quality control to ensure defect-free batches. Work a standard shift with on-call rotation available as needed, reporting directly to the production supervisor. This role supports our growing apparel and promotional product line.
