Job Summary

Source and manage warehouse leads via inbound and outbound calls, emails, social media, and referrals. Present the total value proposition to qualified candidates, conduct phone interviews, and make hiring decisions against expected workforce planning. Capture candidate information into Penske's application systems, manage the full recruiting lifecycle in Oracle Recruiting Cloud, and initiate background screenings. Schedule Meet & Greet tours with location managers and ensure compliance with federal/state hiring laws. This role works at corporate offices in Reading, PA, with four days in-office and remote support for US and Canada operations. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient in the use of technology
  • Ability to capture candidate information via phone
  • Ability to manage multiple screen computer applications
  • Office first role

  • Schedule Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm
  • Responsible for sourcing, selection, job offer, and scheduling within a complete life-cycle recruiting process
  • Interact with candidates and field operations managers via phone and electronic correspondence
  • Hire against expected workforce planning
  • Actively source and manage warehouse leads via inbound and outbound calls, e-mail, social media, resume and other internet databases, and associate referrals
  • Present total value proposition and benefits of working with Penske
  • Discuss details of available warehouse opportunities
  • Keep leads engaged for the future using systems and processes
  • Take phone applications from qualified warehouse leads
  • Accurately capture information into Penske's application systems
  • Ensure all applications are fully complete and accurate per company requirements
  • Manage candidates in Oracle Recruiting Cloud
  • Conduct phone and interviews with qualified candidates
  • Utilize Penske's selection process and tools
  • Ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications
  • Maintain a targeted 50% of candidates in background screening
  • Manage a timely candidate process within Penske's expected thresholds
  • Execute candidate follow-up and internal customer follow-up with priority
  • Return all messages before leaving work each day
  • Initiate background screening services through a third-party
  • Schedule Meet & Greet Tours and manager introductions
  • Ensure compliance with all federal/state hiring laws and regulations
  • Actively demonstrate company commitment to diversity and inclusion strategies
