Job Summary
Verify materials are accurately labeled with correct job numbers and notify Project Managers of all deliveries and quantities received. Conduct routine vehicle inspections for interior and exterior cleanliness, reporting any damage or maintenance issues while managing service schedules for oil changes, recalls, tires, and other routine maintenance. Ensure all tools are checked in and returned to the tool cage after use, obtaining leadership approval prior to purchasing new tools. Maintain adequate truck stock, confirm current tags, registration, GPS functionality, and up-to-date towing and insurance information on all company vehicles. Record all vehicle sign-outs properly in the vehicle logbook. Requires a valid driver's license, clean diving record, and ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean diving record
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to safely lift and move materials and equipment (up to 50 lbs)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and materials used in the electrical trade
Desired Qualifications
- Prior warehouse, construction, or fleet management experience
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance scheduling and recordkeeping
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or inventory management systems
