Job Summary
Warehouse Team Leader Nights at GXO Supply Chain (Wellingborough UK). Lead the designated area of the warehouse operation during night shifts, supporting the Shift Managers to meet KPIs, coach the team on SOPs, health and safety, and hygiene, and drive performance targets. Responsibilities include ensuring safe, healthy, and clean working conditions; promoting high hygiene standards; communicating targets and customer expectations; and maintaining the site’s culture and values. Requires experience in setting tasks, working to KPIs, strong communication, proven team leadership, IT literacy, and process management in a warehouse/transport environment.
