Job Summary
Operate the warehouse forklift to store materials in an organized fashion and pull items to load customer and branch vehicles. Receive materials from vendors, verify quantities, and complete necessary paperwork. Assist with quarterly inventory, maintain the warehouse, yard, and trucks, and perform minor repairs. Safely handle materials while adhering to company safety regulations, including wearing required protective gear. Aiding customers with materials, reporting delivery and service issues, and performing other tasks as needed. Requires forklift certification, ability to lift 100 pounds, and work both indoors and outdoors under adverse weather.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under adverse weather conditions
- Ability to bend, reach, lift and climb
- Forklift Licensed/Certified
- Must have the ability to lift up to 100 pounds of material continually
- Must be a U.S. citizen or be authorized to work in the U.S.
- All new hires must complete pre-employment background check and drug test
- High School diploma or equivalent
