Warehouse Group Manager

Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations at TMO International, ensuring compliance with safety policies and organizational culture. Plan and coordinate receiving, storage, assortment, and distribution activities while overseeing physical inventory and system accuracy. Lead continuous process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and measure warehouse KPIs including cycle times and picking accuracy. Manage the warehouse operating budget, coordinate internal audits, and develop training plans for operational staff. Implement contingency plans for disruptions and maintain professional communication with internal and external customers. Requires 3 to 5 years of warehouse supervision experience, proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, and availability to travel. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Required Qualifications
- Completed professional career (Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Administration or related)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics
- Advanced English (oral and written)
- Availability of schedule and to travel
- Valid passport and visa
- Leadership and management of operational personnel

- Inventory management and warehouse control
- Knowledge in ERP systems (preferably Baan)
