Job Summary
Warehouse Group Lead responsible for coordinating 10-15 associates in shipping/receiving raw and finished goods, planning staffing, communicating expectations and schedules, ensuring materials and tooling availability, training and coaching staff, and driving continuous improvement. Requires HS diploma or GED and 3 years supervisory experience; must lead with strong data skills (Excel, SAP), familiarity with RF and MS Office, and knowledge of FDA/GMP/HACCP standards; excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication abilities to maintain safety, quality, and on-time schedule attainment in a production environment.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED
- 3 years of experience as Supervisor
- Ability to lead, motivate, and train associates
- Excellent computer skills; proficient in Excel and SAP; experience with RF and Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, GMPs, sanitation processes/procedures and HACCP
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Ability to plan, organize, and implement actions to drive continuous improvement
- Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions
