Job Summary
Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, including the accurate loading and unloading of trucks and supervision of packers and craters. Coordinate material movement, execute physical and electronic transfers, and maintain data integrity in SAP. Lead and coordinate team activities, promote a clean and safe warehouse environment, and act as team lead during the Warehouse Supervisor's absence. Operate material handling equipment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliveries and compliance with operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in truck loading/unloading and packaging operations
- Leadership experience in a warehouse setting
- Forklift experience
- Jabil certification
- Strong attention to detail in documentation and material handling
- Effective communication skills with ability to lead and collaborate across teams
- Ability to operate and train others on material handling equipment
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Basic math skills including rate, ratio, and percentage calculations
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memos, and visual aids
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems
